(January 30, 2019, 6:44 pm)Customer service was actually pretty good. The teller was very kind and helpful. The person at the door however was a bit terse. Not sure I like the open, accessible design for teller’s desks (vs traditionally lined up against the wall), but appreciate the effort. Very, very slow though, with a line almost out the door mid afternoon.
