(March 12, 2019, 8:25 pm)We got smartwatches for our 2 daughter, I got the V4 and my husband took the S2. 4 months now and the watches are still working fine and the guy even replaced a battery for one of the kids watch because it was left charging for a week and battery was pretty much dead. Didn't charge us the battery... excellent customer service!
