I had the most professional service from Alex and Mouni at the Brault & Martineau Kirkland store
They went over and above to be sure I was satisfied. I will be definitely encouraging others to shop at this location. In a time where customer service is almost non existent what a wonderful surprise to be sure that the customer was treated with extreme professionalism

Bought a sofa from the store. The sales person was nice. The sofa was good. The delivery was good.
The only thing I am not happy about is: I purchased a service called sofa surface protection or sth like this. I cost me a few hundreds of bucks. But when the service company came to my place and fulfilled this request, what they did was just spray lightly a thin layer of some kinds of liquid on my sofa. That is it! It took no longer than 10 mins! There is no any cleaning before it and no explanation after it. I don't know what that liquid is, I don't know if it is useful, and I don't feel this service is worthy. For those who are going to buy sofa here, think twice before taking this service.
