I went to Daniel because of some serious shoulder pain after injuring myself working out. After just one session my shoulder felt better and he gave me several exercises to work on at home. Would highly recommend Daniel for his knowledge and client service skills.

The clinic was very nice and open. I went to the clinic for a training session with Daniel because of my bad knees and ankles and it was one of the best workouts I've done in a while! Daniel was able to make it a fun but challenging workout that didn't bother my knees or ankles. I would definitely recommend training with him!

Really loved my experience with Claudia here. She was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable - and she didn't make me feel stupid when I didn't have the right words to express what was going on with my knee! She got me back to normal in no time and was super responsive to any extra questions I sent her by email in-between appointments.
