Still have a bit difficulty with finding people to ask questions.
Avoid the younger staff members they don't all know what they're talking about. Look for senior staff that have more knowledge if you have certain questions on products.

After selecting what we were interested in online, and seeing that it was on sale in store, we visited our wonderful local store. We were served very promptly and professionally. All our questions were answered and delivery was arranged to our convenience. Shortly after leaving the store we received a phone call to verify that they had all our information correctly. We were very pleased with our experience today.
