I never tried their services, I always go to the little boutique area. It's my spot to buy the mushroom coffee from the brand Four Sigmatic. So far, they are the only one retailer in Montreal I know of. You'll also find some delicious homemade smoothies or parfait yogourt to grab and go!

From the super laid back, organic atmosphere with its books, candles, pillows, jewelry situated to make one be comfortable. To the swings at the entrance for one to sit on and relax, and soothing music playing... I have zero complaints. Loved the energy. Loved the massage given, and the smoothie after. As American tourists visiting Montreal for the first time, and my daughter treating me here for my birthday, I loved it. Wholeheartedly recommend this spot!

The ambience was well thought out and very relaxing. From the music, to the looks and the smell, you'd feel like you're in a chalet in the woods. The masseurs are very talented as well. The prices tough are a tad expensive.

I have been going here for several months and always get the same massage therapist because we vibe well and he understands what I need. But when I went in for my most recent appointment they told me that my therapist stopped doing that kind of massage. I really wish I would have received a phone call or something because it was a shock for me as I have serve anxiety about meeting new people. I would have rearranged my appointment to be sure I got my regular person. This kind of ruined my relaxation and it didn’t help that the person at the front desk seemed a little frustrated with me when I was uneasy about the lack of notice.

The spa itself is beautiful, the ambiance is perfect and it sells so good! I take advantage of their student deals on Thursday which is an excellent idea, I appreciate it a lot. The rooms are cozy and they offer a heated a blanket if you’re cold. I really do love this place.
