(July 15, 2022, 6:22 pm)I had placed an order to be shipped and delivered to my home in Toronto. A few issues had come up with the courier and I wasn't able to receive my package. I contacted customer service and Zeinab assisted me. She was patient, kind, and very attentive. She went above and beyond and even called me after our initial chat and provided an update on the situation. I would give 5 stars alone for the customer service I received from her.
