It is nice place . Clean. Staff are friendly It was a bit dangerous near spas with ice and. It was so slippery and it was dark during sunset time , having more colourful lights can help . Thank you

🏴 Flag as inappropriateThé place is nice but the front desk lady is disgusting. In the phone she cited me a few times and didnt answered my questions. When I arrived she clearly discriminated me and treated me as a second class client. She even answered the phone with much more details for another client and let me waiting.
When I asked to show me the premises, she also make half a tour - I saw she making complete tours for all the clients that arrived after me. Unless really in need of a treatment I will never go again see this woman.
There was no eucalyptus (neither any other) essence on the hot stone sauna; and small details were missing but is a beautiful place itself. The real problem is the human resources - as in many places around.
