  Amazing gym... Best of every gym I've been into, and I've been to a LOT. Really cool and friendly staff.
  The only thing missing is filling the hand sanitizers ????

  Great choice of exercices machines and sports that you can practice. There is also a pool. Helpful staff if you ever need something.

  Been going there for nearly a decade. Not crowed. You'll get what you want. Love the place. Pool and plenty of open space.

  This gym is great. I went everyday during my 2 week vacation to Montreal. It's the best in the area and one of the best I've ever been to. Owner is there everyday to welcome you, keeps the place clean and lets you do your thing. Equipment is very good and someday I wish to try the pool and sauna.
