Usually after a Year or so other places would become boring and I would look for something new but Kor is the only place I have been going for 3 years and looking forward to every practice still. I actually can’t imagine myself without it. It changed me, I am stronger and happier now thanks to the people at Kor❤️

I'm into my 5th year with one of the partners and she has worked hard to keep me fit and my interest in health and wellness! Never a dull or un productive session with Crystal.
