Great service and beautiful flowers

From the moment i got engaged, I started planning my wedding and I knew I wanted to have my flowers from Aura Design. First of all, they are so creative. As I was looking for inspirations, going through their instagram page made my choice even harder because everything they create is beautiful. Second of all, with all the meetings that I had with them, they made my experience so stress free and they really listen and note what you really want. And last, on the day of my wedding, my huge bouquet, my bridesdmaids’ and my honor table was exactly how I imagined.They work the best possible with the budget I gave. I got huge roses and pink hydrangea from Holland, the quality was top! Thank you so much again!

My experience was overall good. However, they did not follow what I specifically asked especially for my bridal bouquet I payed so much and did not negotiate the price and I still got something different from what I asked for. It was still beautiful but with different flowers type and color shades than what I asked and showed them. but overall professional team and nice to talk to. but, they don't answer emails fast response time in like 3 weeks after you send your email. That made me a bit upset during my preparation. I would have liked more reassurance that I will get exactly what I had in mind and that did not happen as I said for the bridal bouquet I was disappointed. I wish they will work on their channel of communication better.
