I was actually shocked at reading some of negative comments below, I could not disagree with them more. Yes it is true that they don't answer the phones immediately but I found the email response to be efficient and at the end of the day, we are ordering customized balloons, do we need them to be available on the phone 24-7? I don't so I will speak for myself! I highly recommend them and will use them again!!

This is the second time I use them for a special occasion because there is nobody that comes close to their creativity, balloon options and, yes, quality. They take the time to really listen to what you are looking for and come up with great suggestions. Last time I dealt with Olga and was very very happy with the bouquet and this time I dealt with Sofiya. She was easy to work with and the arrangements I ordered were absolutely spectacular. I think these ladies are the BEST!

We've been dealing with Balloon Bar for the second time now, and couldn't be happier. We had a little issue with one of the balloons.. We contacted the girls, and they delivered a new one within an hour! That's what we call great customer service! High quality work, and on-time delivery, I definitely recommend!

Our experience with Balloon Bar was great. The balloons for our wedding were wonderful. One balloon had a problem and they immediately replaced it and sent it out on time and that’s the kind of service you want in an event vendor.
