Our agent with Team Nancy Forlini was Tino Spatolisano. Tino and I connected in July 2019 to sell a multi unit building. After interviewing several other agents, we signed with Tino at the end of 2019, immediately preceding the onset of the COVID19 pandemic. During this turbulent time, Tino and the team were with us through every step and uncertainty. It did take several months to close the deal; however there was a never seen hiatus that affected the entire industry. There were multiple deals that had fallen through during this period, and Tino worked tirelessly to move each deal along and keep me updated. Throughout the process he was generous with both advice and caution, offering his expertise but always reminding me of the unprecedented situation we were in. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Nancy was amazing, hands on from the very first phone call. Returned every call, email and text from early morning to late at night. I never felt alone during the entire process.
