My Alignment | Massage Therapy

First I got no confirmation email so wasted a whole afternoon going there for an appointment during my first attempt to reserve a session.

Linda used lymphatic pressure points which were very painful. I told her so verbally and by obvious grimacing but she said twice stop grimacing and take a breath.

The last few minutes were more relaxed: gentle handling of head, neck and back.

In her favour she extended the session by almost a half hour and gave me a $20 discount.

So maybe four stars out of five.

This is an excellent service and I am quite happy about this. I totally recommend comming to this place to take care of yourself.

In addition to relieving my muscle tension, he also gives me tips and stretches I can use everyday. I would definitely recommend My Alignment to friends and family.

We visited My Alignment 2 weeks ago for 2 90 minute massages with Vince and Linda. The massages were excellent! They were both extremely knowledgeable. They spoke to us both before, to get to know us and after the massage to offer tips and suggestions. In addition, the space and location are beautiful. We will definitely return when we are due for another massage! Highly recommended!
