  All products made fresh in house. Everything seasoned perfectly. The soup (advertised to me to prevent even the worst cold) was powerful and delicious. The sausage wraps (homemade, casing free sausage) were unsurprisingly fantastic. Difficult to eat just one.
  
  The coffee was a slight disappointment. Had a slight sour aftertaste. But not enough to keep me away from enjoying this establishment again.

  just discovered this unique gem!!! Their egg salad sandwich is just woooow, coffee is great!!!! home made sauce you can literally add to anything, everything is done from scratch, there muffin game is way too strong, variety of wraps and salads, they bake there own bread!!!! glad to have a spot like this in the west island!!!!!!!owners and staff are beyond helpful and have a zen like vibe to them!!! definitely check this place out!

  Yummy fresh food at a very fair price . vegetarian and gluten free options. I reccomend it for take out or for very small groups because of limited space.

  Cute little coffee shop with great healthy and cheap options for lunch. I would’ve love to try the cookies but I’m on a diet. They make everything freshly baked and in store. It’s all made with love and the owners are super friendly
