(August 29, 2021, 6:18 am)They are very busy or very slow or very...few that they can't serve everybody who needs their service. You have to take appointment by internet for few days afterward but if you have an emergency... wait your chance. The situation is old, after Covid restrictions they always have appointments delayed by at least few days if not two weeks. Outside, people in need stay in line hoping they'll get to be served that day, inside they are a lot of counters closed. Before Covid the situation was the same, just wasn't with appointments and you could stay few hours inside. Why not using all counters when is rush hour?
