  Best gym experience I've ever had. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and tough on me to keep my committment to improve. My posture has improved, a lot, I am stronger and I've dropped from 94kg in August 2018 to 87kg in November 2018. The facilities are clean and the machines in good repair. If you're looking for a gym. This is the place!

  Custom Conditioning is a gem of a gym. The trainers are dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and caring. The programs they design are challenging, fun and in turn, very motivating. The gym itself is a bright space with great equipment, it has an awesome vibe and is in a prime West Island location. I have been a happy member of CC for over 6 years...my trainer has seen me through accident rehabilitation, weight loss (78 lbs) and strength training...all with great results. If you want to invest in yourself, give yourself the gift of health and fitness and get a great return on your investment, Custom Conditioning is the place for you.

  Custom conditioning, says it all: Every client who walks in gets a program specifically made for them, taking into account their needs, injuries, goals and what truly motivates them. The staff is very friendly and extremely smart, always there to help. I injured myself with a personal trainer a couple years ago and was never able to trust a personal trainer until I started here at Custom Conditioning, I've been pushed out of my comfort zone but never felt it was unsafe and have been getting great results in just a couple months. Everything is always clean and organized. Also, the variety of equipment is impressive, there is no way you can get bored!

  Been with this wonderful gym and top trainers for over 9 years and have had the best programs designed for me and my fitness level. The trainers and clients are always supportive and encouraging. Give it a try. ..you'll never regret it!
