Every bite was heavenly, made even better by watching his process, seeing recipes be changed and personalised on the fly while Jonathan explained why he was using these ingredients and what they brought to the dish. I came away very full, inspired to try new things in my own kitchen, and with great memories.

I got a chance to meet and chat with Tays when I visited and you can tell what a gem she and Jonathan have created. You'll find a rich assortment of curated cookbooks for whatever cuisine you're looking to explore.
