We emailed Growers this morning regarding an equipment failure. Not only Maxime replied within a couple of hours, but the solution offered was above all expectations.

My package was lost in transit by FedEx, but Maxime from Growers and Co. was quick to assist me, and assured me that a new package would be sent!
Two days later I received the new package, and the amazing team at Growers and Co. added a beanie to my package.
The quality of the merchandise is top notch.
