We emailed Growers this morning regarding an equipment failure. Not only Maxime replied within a couple of hours, but the solution offered was above all expectations.
This company culture is truly exceptional.
(October 21, 2021, 10:03 pm)I can't wait to visit the store, but the schedule does not seem up to date. I showed up Thursday at 6 p.m. and it was closed. Also, no indication of trade from outside, I walked around in circles for 5 minutes.

My package was lost in transit by FedEx, but Maxime from Growers and Co. was quick to assist me, and assured me that a new package would be sent!
Two days later I received the new package, and the amazing team at Growers and Co. added a beanie to my package.
The quality of the merchandise is top notch.
I recommend Growers and Co. To anyone looking for high quality & amazing service.
