Excellent location, great staff, super clean and new

Great location and clean and nice rooms. I was so happy that we stayed there as the area around the hotel is the best you can stay in the old Quebec area and no issue with the room.

Just later I saw a charge of an extra 6$ on my credit card from the hotel which I assume is because I asked for two bottles of water for the room. I was never told that this water is not free and we will be charged, also never received the invoice for our stay despite the lady in check out told she will email me the invoice.

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Quebec City. So many restaurants right there and no more then a 10-15 minute walk to the places you’re like it going to want to explore. My room was clean, spacious enough, comfy bed and modern. The staff was kind and helpful. I parked at the suggested location per the hotels website which was no more then a 5 minute walk and reasonable priced at around $18/day.
