I called him the following day and he was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly he offered the product at the best price I found. He is in the Quebec store but arranged for a pickup in Toronto. I would definitely recommend contacting him and purchasing from Canadian Appliance Source.

She offered a few different options and was willing to work with us to make sure we were satisfied. Through it all Carolanne's pleasantness turned what could have been a headache into a very positive experience.
