(July 25, 2017, 9:16 pm)Based on my experience, nautilus is great for teenagers! If your a teenager and not sure about joining a gym and being accepted by local trainers look no further. The people are ultra kind and respectful and really care about helping you achieve your goals. The facilities are always working and have just about everything you need to get in tip top shape.
