Super nice team, very good service.

I started out at concept beauté charlesbourg and moved on to cap-rouge following a move. I find the same professionalism and the same human approach in the team.

Quality care offered in complete safety. Pleasant, relaxing .. I recommend it ♥ ️

I had seen the gorgeous nails of a waitress and I couldn't resist asking her for the name of the one who had done her nails.
So I made an appointment at the Cap-Rouge branch where I was received by Véronique.
Not only is she super nice, sympathetic, smiling, pretty (the little mauzus ... genetics were not equal for everyone;) .... but hey) but above all very attentive to my needs and to my tastes.
She is a perfectionist and I love the impeccable job she did on my long natural nails (Reinforcement on 9 out of 10 fingers and a pointless lengthening, for the one who had had an unfortunate drawer accident :)).
The instruments used are sterilized with care and individually wrapped to avoid any contamination (something that I find mega important for me ... professional deformations).
Although I did not have the opportunity to speak at length with the rest of the team, I found them super friendly, very knowledgeable about products and services and they were motivated to answer my questions, despite several quite technical , in a clear and understandable way for me who does not know all the technical terms.
In short, I loved my visit and my next appointment is already taken.
