(May 28, 2018, 4:01 pm)I just moved to Saint-Eustache from Toronto and they were very understanding of my limited French which was nice. The experience was wonderful and quick and I will definitely be taking all my animals here.

(December 10, 2017, 2:29 pm)Flexible when it comes to making appointments and fitting us in. The vets don't push unnecessary procedures and tests, I feel like they give us straight info every time. Never a problem with English or French, they always ask which is better for us. Examination rooms are clean and tidy, the store and lobby is clean and organized. They aren't a big clinic so they can't do all the procedures of a larger vet and we had to go somewhere else to see a dermatologist for example, but otherwise very happy with our service here and our dog agrees.
