You can access the trails of Mont Bellevue in 2 minutes on foot (walking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.) while remaining close to everything. You can even see deer that come to make their rounds frequently.
The neighborhood is perfect 👌, very quiet and respectful. My apartment is of high quality, very bright and soundproofed. The Ascensio team is great, they are always ready to help us when needed.
