Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Coté. What was my surprise when I went to the reception to be told by the secretary that this was my first date with Dr. Coté when she was my family doctor for at least 5 years, or is the logic? iM asking you.
Did someone check my medical records at the clinic before daring to pretend that I was on my first date with Dr. Coté? It's sorely lacking in seriousness all of this, and it's not the first time I've had problems at the clinic with my business, including a few times where you could not find my file while I was in my office. doctor.
At the cost of the annual dues, is it too much for the receptionist secretary (s) to take the time to consult the patient files to have the right information to ensure that this kind of blunder do this happen all the time please?
