The service agent Mrs. Sylvie Allaire was very nice, and my situation very efficiently. She deserves a good tap on the shoulder for a job well done.

Had some maintenance done on the 21st of April was greeted by a person outside to pre-screen arriving appointments to make sure everyone is able to respect to social distancing. Technician came outside to greet me also, she let me know that it would be a about a hour for the work on my vehicle. Which took only 45 mins. As per covid-19 regulations we are not allowed inside building for everyone's safety. Which is good for everyone. As i walked around waiting, I noticed someone sanitizing the vehicles before and after the technician got in the vehicle to bring into shop and back out.
