Very Happy with Tommy and the company in general.
The Cartage company that was contracted to deliver dock floats and hardware to Ontario (5 plus hours from the factory in Quebec). cancelled in nearly the last minute..
Dock Industries stepped up and found and employee who stepped up to make the trip on Sunday, Mother's Day no less. They took a stressful situation and were able to fix a problem with the customer in mind.
