Wonderful experience purchasing a 2017 used car. Assisted my mother in purchasing a used car listed online, contacted the dealership by web link and received a swift response from Alexandre in sales. Notified the dealership that we would be driving out to see the vehicle and we were warmly greeted and the car was brought inside to view as there was a steady rain. Alexandre, our sales rep, showed us the car, he accompanied us for a test drive and then we returned to negotiate the purchase. He demonstrated courteous and professional service with a sense of humour and smile and most importantly to me is that he treated my elderly mother with utmost respect and dignity, explaining things well and answering questions politely. He didn't over-talk or act pushy or give appearance that his only concern is to try and convince us to buy the car; we all know that any business is in business to make profit and with the internet it is a very competitive market so for my Mom and I, how we were treated is as important as the price paid. The car is exactly as advertised, we feel we paid a fare price and we are confident that if there are any issues, they will make it right. I would highly recommend Alexandre C. and Boucherville Chrysler and I would return in the future.
