At Joliette Ford Jimmy Masson and all the staff at the used department put all concerns at ease. He was incredibly honest and transparent about everything and whatever they promised they delivered. Friendly, fair and accommodating to the customers needs. You can't ask for anything more.
Highly recommend this dealership! My car has been trouble free and a joy to drive. -
