Very professional, very clean, well organized, friendly atmosphere. The coaches are dedicated and present from start to finish, even the warm-up is done in a group. It's like having a personal trainer, it's so well structured, easy to ask questions and get advice. They use the Wodify app, it's great as a tool. Impossible to be disappointed and lose motivation with them. -

(April 27, 2018, 7:04 pm)I've done a few Crossfit gyms over the past two years...this one is definitely superior to the others. The team of trainers follow you constantly (technique demonstration at all classes), the place is clean and the atmosphere is family. A must see!
