I'm 43 years old and I've been working on myself for several years.

After an existential crisis, the one that sends you to the bottom of a hole, the hole that you dig yourself.

In this hole there is me, a shovel, a ladder with broken rungs and a rope very worn out by time.

I no longer have the strength to go back up to the light, it's even easier to dig.

One day I arrived at the bottom, with no way out except to go back up there. No, I wouldn't put myself at the end of the rope. I'll use it to help me get back up.

The inner resource makes me repair step by step the rungs worn out by time, hypnotherapists, personal development courses, therapeutic coaching, make me see the blue sky, the stars again day by day...
I discover myself from another perspective.

During this rise, questions persist:

Who I am ? What did I come to do in this world? What is my quest? My mission ?...

I came to the “Envol” course to discover this, to find an answer to these questions that are running through my head, in my guts.

Thanks to the game she created, Caroline takes us into our inner world, while playing she opens doors, boxes, drawers, she helps us unlock the chest of our inner treasure by breaking the padlocks, the rusty chains by the years, the wounds, the feelings, the emotions, the beliefs...

The paradigm shift arrives the days following the course, it's a new beginning... The flight continues, everything is more fluid, like an eagle hovering above this steep path of my life, what a life. I understand better the pitfalls, those that made me this beautiful person.

During the 4-day Envol course, near La Rochelle-France, Caroline was able to guide the group to gently shatter each of us's defense mechanisms through play. We were thus able to return to our deep nature, find our priorities or find what meaning we wanted to give to our lives. Thank you for this journey initiated together.
