(November 18, 2022, 11:06 pm)I've been training there for not very long, but so far I really like it! The coaches are super nice, coach and explain really well, they also adapt the exercises to your level. The atmosphere of the gym is also great, everyone is nice and respectful there!

I like!!! The coaches are there for you, to encourage you, to motivate you and make sure you do the movement well 👌🏻

We push each other and comfort each other. 4 years since I joined this community and never regretted a second of it. I am 45 and a big girl but I feel at home here. Great staff and the owners know what it is to support there clients. I give them 10 stars on 5 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
