(March 25, 2023, 12:23 pm)Such a great place!!! Healthy, natural, made from scratch, so delicious!!! We bought a rib eye steak, deer sausages and pork sausages!!! Everything was so good, but the sausages were made with such great care and packed with flavor, we loved it!! The baguette and the smoked beef also made great sandwiches for us!! We are going back today 😂

(March 21, 2019, 10:12 pm)Great butcher, friendly service and lots of marinated or fresh protein options. Fresh and frozen homemaker sausage and other products. Traditional cuts always available from Quebec farms. It is hard to beat, seasonal wild meats are awesome. There are also lots of unique beers and has the best selection of sauces, spice, oils and vinegars and fresh vegetables in summer.
