Doing a bangup job this year. The gentleman who does our neighbourhood this year is excellent. In previous years I have not been 100% satisfied with Carruthers but they are generally professional and reliable.

I'm currently a customer of Carruthers and I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the service. My driveway is cleared when there's over a certain amount of snow. The drivers are very friendly and respectful. I had a guest that got stuck at the bottom of a hill late at night. CAA refused to help because of the slope. Carruthers is not a towing company and are not insured to be. However, they were willing to help my guest get up the hill. We met the next morning, we agreed on a separate 1-time service fee and they cleared the snow from the hill and added some rocks. My guest was able to drive up the hill without being towed. Honestly, I don't think that we can ask for more. I think that it's important to understand that living in Morin-Heights is not the same as living in Montreal. Houses are further appart. This translates into higher business operating costs because of longer routes. This is NORMAL, and I don't think that a business can do better without charging twice if not three times the price. Carruthers offer excellent customer service. As a business professor, I find it important to recognize a business that is well managed. I strongly recommend this company.
