Short hold time and easy to book an appointment. Friendly installer and an overall good experience. The internet is not as fast as cable or fiber and it often does not work on weekend afternoon / evenings. Unfortunately, the company does not have tech support after 5pm so it is very inconvenient. Generally fast enough to watch YouTube, Facetime or Netflix (1 at a time).

It’s not the speed you’ll get in the city, but for what it’s worth, these people are really trying to improve & cover as much territory as possible. Satisfying everyone seems like an impossible task that’s for sure, but their people are putting hearts and mind on this local company. I feel like we must not forget that without them. There would be no one. (At least where I live).
