Korto was great! I ordered individual brackets to create my very own custom pergola for my back yard. When reviving the order, I was missing a few brackets. I contacted Korto, and they sent them to me right away. Mistakes happen but they fixed it. Can't ask for better customer service. I definitely recommend ordering your Pergola accessories from them. Got my own canvas type top as I did not want anything in the grey colors and I wanted something waterproof.

I am satisfied with the final product. Not too complicated to assemble. I would have put 5 * but a board or two hooks were introduced in my order so I do not know if I would have had trouble changing them. They were planks that went inside so not visible, not too serious but they shouldn't put eighth-notes, that's my point. I would repurchase this product anyway.

10x10 Pergola with canopy. Really great quality materials! No issues with delivery and loved that the wood comes with the kit. Installation could have been faster if I followed instructions, but I didn't.. all worked out well.. I would definitely recommend to friends.

The products are of high quality, I was able to compare with those of a competitor and the Korto pergola parts are much more robust. In addition, their customer service is very accommodating. I made a mistake in my order and as soon as I emailed them I received a call from them and they made the required adjustments on the spot. I highly recommend!
