Boston Pizza

Was good experience... great ambiance and service in the bar was good. Love the desert. Was a monday evening, so we had fast service ... you know how it is when the place is packed. The place was clean and the music wasn't too loud. Will come back again. Thanks guys ( and bar maid)

Went to celebrate a birthday and the food was amazing. Got a burger with fries and was one of the best burgers ever. The staff there were top notch, very friendly and outgoing. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Will certainly go back again.

Edit: Boston Pizza saw my review and after contacting them they apologized and offered a credit for the full amount of the bill. I spoke with Lisanne who manages the Centropolis location and she was polite, courteous and an overall pleasure to deal with. The situation was also handled in a timely manner which demonstrates care for the client. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that shows what youre made of. Bravo to Boston Pizza management for making this right, we will be ordering again.

Original review: Ordered 100$ worth of food and one of the pizzas was the wrong one (it had meat on it and the person it was for does not eat meat). I ordered a smoked meat pizza and it barely had any smoked meat on it (see photo) so i called them back and after keeping me on hold for over 15 minutes the receptionist finally answered.

I was offered nothing for the smoked meat pizza. As for the other pizza i was offered a replacement or refund. When i pointed out that i just ordered a 100$ worth of food i was told that i didnt matter and that all they cared about was to know whether i wanted the pizza replacement or refund. No way to talk to a manager and the girl who answers the phones is very rude and speaks with clients like they are her friends.

Some of the crappiest service specially considering the food is nothing special. Avoid at all costs

Quality food but on the very pricy side. A large pizza will easily fetch over 30$ for 12 small slices. Most sides are 7-12$. On the plus side they have a very generous and affordable kids menu. The bar side is a very respectable sports bar and the dining room is well tailored for 5+ families or good groups
