When I returned a week later, it was recommended that leaving my car might not be in my best interest because the issue had not manifested in about 3 wks. However, when Mike saw I was unsatisfied with that, he went directly to ask a specialist, and the specialist seemed to be aware of similar problems happening to other vehicles. They kept my car and have assured me that they believe it won't happen again. Thanks Mike, I appreciate that you took a moment and spoke to the person who'd be dealing with my car (and thanks to whoever the specialist was!)

A bit disappointed because I made time in my schedule to book a service appointment. When I got there I was told there was no reason in the file. Despite explaining it multiple times on the phone. Turns out the specialist isn't in, so I took time off for no reason.

The part that kills me, is I received multiple confirmation emails AND a phone call a few days before. Why wasn't I notified by phone!? So anyways, now I have to take more time off to go back next week. Will probably call the day before to ensure a specialist is there. Because if I need to take a 3rd morning off...🤦🏻‍♀️

Wow Today I have got great service from here. The service officer help me a lot. nice. sometime its not happed in any Car dealer shop.

Excellent service! Everything that was promised was delivered (no extra hidden costs).
I don’t normally do my car service at the dealer. But I may re-think this since I was very satisfied!
