The sales rep (Robert Mocella) guided us through the process all along. Showed us choices of fabrics and then pointed out a beautiful set on the floor. He took the time to explain everything to us, about the fabric, the frames and the high quality of their furniture. Right from the start he told us delivery is 3-4 months, which we don't have a problem with.
There was no pressure at any time, left us be while we sat on the recliners and discussed. Before making our decision, I asked if we could take home a swatch of the fabric to see it in our lighting, and he obliged, but we did have to leave a deposit which was refunded the day we returned it.
If you go to buy furniture here, make sure you see Robert. He makes you feel comfortable. (Pun not intended) -

Mr. Robert Mocella gave us an exceptional shopping experience at Lazy Boy Laval. There was no pressure to purchase and he went above and beyond to give us all of the relevant information needed to make sure we made an informed choice based on our needs and space within the home. He was very friendly, informative, polite and did not stand over us as we reviewed our options. The store atmosphere was calming and pleasant. I will recommend this shopping experience to others.
