(November 9, 2021, 11:21 pm)I decided to visit the Structube store for table I saw online. I saw many reviews of customers complaining when they ordered a furniture item online that kept having the delivery date pushed back for many months due to item not being in stock because of covid.....I decided to avoid this problem and visit the store. There were two items I was looking for and neither of them were on the display. A bit disappointed. Also, it was not easy for me to track down a customer service representative in store.

We wanted to try out an office chair but it was displayed high up on a top shelf, and were told there should also be the same model on the floor. The employee helped us looked for it for a bit, but we couldn't find it and so she went to help other people. We left without trying the chair.
