One of the best customer service I've ever seen, I bought a really expensive marble table, but unfortunately it was broken due to a manufacturing error, i communicated with them and they force the manufacturer/supplier to replace the damaged part and that almost after 5 years from purchasing.
The supervisor who handled this matter was a real professional sales agent.
They might be expensive but i believe it's worth it.

In order to make it short, this is one of the top of the line furniture stores available in Québec province. Just to keep in mind one important thing : if you are tight in budget then don't waste your time to go there since they are so expensive compared to Leons or to Breault et Martineau furniture stores. Yet, you will get a very stylish and modern furniture if you're ready to pay for the difference 😀

Can't comment on service although it is a little hard to spot them. When I went un nobody assisted me but I was just browsing and in a rush. Also this store is HUGE

Beautiful lifestyles, mid century modern American style, beautiful products. You can customize and choose your own fabrics for sofas and stuff. The entrance has products with a lowee price tag and it gets more expensive after that.
