(June 15, 2022, 9:09 pm)We have a 6 year old Kobe oven hood which has worked flawlessly but one of the LED lights failed last year. I found that AG International sold the replacement LED lights and contacted them via email. I had a response by the next morning. I was dealing with Mario. He was so polite and responsive. A year later, the second LED light failed. I asked Mario, out of curiosity, why these lights would be failing, especially since are kids are grown up and the hood lights might get used an hour a day and sometimes not all. I purchased another light and he replied a few hours later that he talked to his boss and they would try and find out what might be going on. They also said they would not charge the 20 dollar delivery fee. In the end they sent two new model lights instead of just a replacement of the older one. The email responses and actions were amazing considering these were just 30 dollar LED lights. I am very impressed with this kind of support, which is rather rare these days. Thanks very much Mario!!!!
