I ordered remotely over the phone, without being able to visit the establishment and only relying on the website and reviews, including one that said he was happy with the "florist's choice".

So I proceeded in this way by asking the florist to make a bouquet of his choice. Asked me for the budget I wanted to put in and stayed within that budget. I was even able to give him some very general color preferences.

I was very satisfied with the result and my aunt who received the bouquet for her birthday told me how much she appreciated the choice of flowers and the arrangement that was made. It was delivered the same day.

I was very satisfied, really no complaints.

Superb shop and the quality of the flowers and plants is very good. Lots of choices are available for a gift!

Just a small drawback for customer service. Like many people I have spoken to, we did not receive greetings when we entered the store. The 2 women who were there during my visit (including the owner) are not very welcoming, nor smiling and only respond to our request without going to the front, it's a shame.

So if customer service isn't a big deal for you ... I really recommend this wonderful store!

Super satisfied with my experience, I bought a mixed bouquet for my girlfriend (at the florist's choice). Excellent choice of flowers, the bouquet is really beautiful and the flowers are still super beautiful after almost 5 days. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.
