The Yoga Health studio is a wonderful place. The teachers are excellent. All competent and very kind.

When I entered the studio, I felt a deep sense of peace, comfort and well-being. This place is full of good energy and positive vibrations! It offers a beautiful, airy and spacious practice space. therefore offering an always very pleasant and idyllic experience for practitioners. The director, Nicole Thibodeau, is an incredibly warm and compassionate being ... she always seeks to deepen her knowledge of the practice (already very extensive thanks to her numerous trainings) ... it is obvious that she is passionate about sharing his lessons with his customers! The whole space resonates with his love and his beautiful spirit!

The studio is managed by a teacher who has completed the professorship recognized by the French-speaking federation as being the best in Quebec. No wonder this center has such a good reputation! Nicole is a rare pearl who has created an oasis of well-being in St-Jean!

Very good school! the teachers are attentive to the students they respect the limits of each while making us evolve in the discipline the studio has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. These professionals change not only our physique but our mental and our way of life.
