Ferme Larkspur Farm

Alix and Doug supplied us with delicious local veggies this summer! It was our first time signing up for a CSA basket and they did not disappoint! Always friendly to talk to during our weekly pickups. We enjoyed discovering new recipes with produce we hadn't cooked with before, but also really liked getting a regular supply of the staples (like lots of onions, garlic, carrots, leafy greens, etc.). We especially appreciated that they sent an email the day before pick-up day to let us know what we'd be getting, which helped us plan out our meals and the rest of our weekly groceries. The emails also included suggestions for recipes to try with the week's supply, which was awesome! If you are interested in seeing where your food comes from and the methods they use, they organized farm tours as well. Highly recommend, if not for the veggies, at least for the beautiful flowers :)

Wonderful produce available at their Chelsea, QC market stand. Always a pleasure to shop and chat with Alix and Doug. They also made beautiful flower crowns and bouquets for our wedding last year. Keep it up you 2!

What a joy it has been this past gardening season to enjoy our weekly vegetables and fresh flowers grown by Alix and Doug. This is our second year with them. We look forward to signing up again next growing season for fresh, organic, local, reasonably priced produce.
