Very professional. I had an electric furnace installed. We had some issues getting the heat pump to work with the new furnace. RGCV made sure they fixed it by sending in their crew until the problem was solved. No runaround, always courteous and professional. New furnace works very well. Representative who originally provided the estimate was always available to answer questions.

From the initial phone call, to delivery and installation and after sale service, I highly recommend RGCV.
