(April 14, 2018, 11:38 pm)Great local butcher up on Covey Hill that is a good representation of Hemmingford! Always clean, very friendly people behind the counter and let us not forget why we came, the meat! They make what they call a "heavy smoke" bacon that is the best bacon I have ever had in my life. Plus they of course have every cut from the pig, cow, etc that you can come up with. Also they have a couple of freezers full of vacuum sealed items ready to go home with you. About a hour drive for my family but well worth the ride.
