(December 21, 2020, 3:47 pm)Living not far from Park (which I believe is the best Japanese restaurant in the whole Montreal island), I must say that I have become quite demanding when ordering Japanese food... Since the restaurant was closed (due to Covid restrictions), we had the dinner delivered to our cottage and the whole family was amazed by the quality of sushis. In particular, the tuna ones were outstanding. The next day, we mentioned that we had been pleasantly surprised and were told that Bel Air Resort has a resident Japanese chef... who has the reputation for being very demanding regarding the quality of fish!
